Colette Stevenson is President and CEO of REsides, the industry’s truly borderless MLS. Known for challenging conventional thinking and advancing broker-centric innovation, she transformed a traditional broker-owned MLS into REsides in 2021, creating one of the real estate industry’s first privately held MLS investment opportunities. Under her leadership, REsides supports more than $4 billion in annual real estate transactions and has become a recognized voice in MLS modernization, data stewardship, and industry collaboration. Stevenson has volunteered her time serving on the CMLS Board of Directors, as an MLS Roundtable Facilitator, and through RESO initiatives. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication.
