Dionna Hall is Co-CEO of Miami Realtors® + RWorld and BeachesMLS, serving 94,000+ members across South Florida, leading the nation’s largest Local Realtor® Association and 3rd largest MLS. Hall oversees 140 staff across 15 offices.
Spanning over a decade as CEO, she has orchestrated five major mergers, including the largest in NAR history between the Miami REALTORS® and Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie REALTORS® this year.
Hall was the 2024 Chair of CMLS and is a Swanepel200 honoree. She serves on NAR’s MLS Committee and Emerging Technology & Issues Advisory Board. She was honored with Inman’s 2025 MLS Reinvented Award and named a 2025 Trailblazer by RISMedia.
