Edward Zorn has been a real estate attorney for over 30 years and has been the Vice President and General Counsel for California Regional MLS since 2015. As general counsel he is responsible for all legal aspects from contracting to litigation management, and as VP he is involved in the daily operational and strategic direction of the company. Prior to joining CRMLS, Ed’s law practice focused on Realtor Association, brokerage, and developer representation. Ed has also been a real estate broker for over 20 years operating his own independent brokerage firm, and was also the Vice President and General Counsel of a multi-office franchisee within the Anywhere family. He still represents buyers that want to move to his hometown of Knoxville, TN.
