Erika Almstead serves as Senior Vice President of MLS Operations and Outreach for Central Virginia Regional MLS (CVR MLS), where she and the MLS team deliver premier real estate technology, promote data integrity, and provide training and support to more than 6,000 real estate professionals. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate, Erika focuses on strengthening MLS operations, improving the subscriber experience, and building productive relationships with brokers, agents, technology partners, and industry organizations. Prior to joining CVR MLS, Erika supported the Legal Team at Virginia REALTORS®, where she served as a staff liaison in several areas, including Professional Standards, Risk Management, and forms management. She began her career as a paralegal with several international law firms and a Fortune 500 company.
