Jerry Legrand is Chief MLS & Technology Officer at APEX MLS and the Greater Louisville Association of REALTORS® (GLAR), where he leads technology, compliance, data strategy, and external industry relationships for an MLS serving more than 5,000 subscribers across Kentucky. In his more than 15 years with the organization, he has guided its platform, cybersecurity, data standards, and governance evolution. Jerry serves on the CMLS Board of Directors, leads the CMLS Technology Management SMA Workgroup, and sits on NAR’s Multiple Listing Issues and Policy Committee. He holds CMLX-3 and RESO RED-B certifications and was recognized as a 2026 RISMedia Futurist. Outside the MLS world, he is an angel investor in early-stage startups and lives on a farm in Kentucky, where he raises goats.
