Jim Yockel is the Chief Executive Officer for the Greater Rochester Association of REALTORS®, representing 3,100+ REALTORS® covering 11 counties around Rochester New York. Jim has been in the real estate industry for 28 years, serving as GRAR’s CEO the last 15. He is active with both the NYS Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, serving on numerous committees and work groups. Jim was the 2023 Chair of the Council of Multiple Listing Services, which is the national trade organization for Multiple Listing Services. As spokesperson for the Association of REALTORS®, Jim works closely with local leaders in the Rochester and Finger Lakes region to improve affordability and equitable access to housing.
