Patti Dauer brings more than 33 years of leadership and service experience with the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® (KCRAR) and Heartland Multiple Listing Service (Heartland MLS). Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of roles spanning member services, communications, education, technology, and MLS operations. Patti served as System Administrator for the organization’s first MLS platform, and has led initiatives as Director of Communications, Broker Liaison, New Agent Liaison, and Member Outreach Manager. Recognized for her deep industry knowledge and member-focused approach, Patti specializes in member engagement, customer service excellence, technology implementation, product testing, technical support, and professional development. She is passionate about helping real estate professionals leverage industry resources, education, advocacy, and emerging technologies to enhance their businesses and better serve their clients.
