Tara Marino is the Director of Communications & Training at Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS), where she leads member and public communications, marketing and content strategy, website management, and the organization’s real estate school, educational programs, and events. Since joining NWMLS in 2005, Tara has developed extensive experience creating communications and training programs that help real estate professionals understand and use MLS tools, services, and resources. She participates in MLS industry communications groups and holds the CMLX2 designation from the Council of Multiple Listing Services. Tara is also a certified real estate instructor and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University. Committed to continuous learning, she regularly pursues professional development in communications, education, and leadership and applies those insights throughout her work.
