Tricia Henchen serves as the Compliance Manager for NorthstarMLS, where she has been a member of the team for four years. In her role, Tricia oversees compliance with MLS rules and policies, provides education and guidance on MLS compliance, and works closely with MLS committees to review rule and policy-related matters. She also stays informed on emerging trends and industry developments at both the local and national levels that impact MLS organizations and real estate professionals. Prior to joining NorthstarMLS, Tricia spent seven years as the MLS Administrator for Northwestern Wisconsin MLS in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. During her time with the REALTORS® Association of Northwestern Wisconsin and Northwestern Wisconsin MLS, she was cross-trained in both MLS and Association operations, giving her a broad understanding of the many facets of organized real estate. Tricia’s experience also includes Professional Standards administration. After assisting with ethics filings, she became a Certified Professional Standards Administrator in 2018 and supported ethics education and hearing administration for the Association and MLS. She also taught MLS and REALTOR® Safety courses as part of New Member Orientation. Throughout her career, Tricia has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise within the MLS industry. She has earned the CMLX1, CMLX2, and CMLX3 certifications through the Council of Multiple Listing Services (CMLS), demonstrating an advanced level of MLS leadership and industry knowledge. She also holds the e-PRO®, At Home With Diversity® (AHWD), and Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) endorsements and certifications. With extensive experience in MLS operations, compliance, education, and Professional Standards, Tricia is committed to promoting accurate and reliable MLS data, providing meaningful education, and helping real estate professionals successfully navigate MLS rules and policies.
